Ranges shown on this website are indicative only. The final price is confirmed after an on-site survey and depends on property size, pest type, the areas to be treated and access.

Once a quotation is confirmed, the agreed scope is not increased without your approval.

Appointments are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Please ensure an adult with authority to grant access is present for the visit.

If a technician cannot access the property at the agreed time, a callout charge may apply for the return visit.

You will be given preparation instructions before treatment — covering access to treated areas, storage of food and utensils, and the handling of pets and children.

Follow the re-entry and ventilation guidance provided by the technician. Do not allow treated surfaces to be washed within the advised period.

Pest control reduces and manages activity; it does not guarantee a pest-free environment where conditions allow reinfestation. Every treatment includes a verification visit within 30 days, at which remaining activity in the treated areas is re-treated at no additional cost.

Ongoing cover requires the scheduled plan to remain active.

Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge with reasonable notice. Contact the dispatch line as early as possible so the slot can be reassigned.

We are responsible for carrying out the treatment with reasonable skill and care, using approved products according to their labels. We are not responsible for damage caused by untreated pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or by work carried out by others after our visit.
